Luxray is good?

A: Luxray Stats are unspeakable, and it is limited movepool. Your best bet is Rampardos, Gengar, Kingdra, Salamence / Garchomp, Blaziken, and try to get another Ahold Sp.
I have been looking for the hacked pokemon pearl rom for the longest on google. The rom with hikari and it has every pokemon but i dont recognize where it is. Can someone help me please.
