Does a lab made or Synthetic Alexandrite have puissant color change? Can you elaborate? Are they mostly purple to blue or green? How much are the lab made alexandrites usefulness?

Both will show vary. Lab grown are more likely to have a significant amount. Naturals are more variable as their growth is dependent on convenient sources of necessary constituents, however IMHO the naturals show an almost aura like modulate as opposed to the refraction of the lab ones.
